lindsey's artistry Pet Portrait Terms of Service
By ordering a custom pet portrait, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Shipping:
• Shipping is only available in the United States
• You, the client, will receive a tracking number once your order is scheduled for delivery.
Payment:
• A $25 deposit is required to secure your booking. This payment is non-refundable and is applied to the total cost of the portrait, with the remaining balance due later.
• The remaining payment must be made before I, the artist, begin the final painting.
Turnaround Time:
• An estimated turnaround time can be determined before a booking is secured.
• The turnaround time for a single portrait ranges from around 2 to 4 months, depending on the size and the number of pets in the portrait.
• Turnaround time is subject to change. However, if there is a required deadline for the painting to be delivered (for example, as a gift for a special occasion), I will be sure to work with you to meet this deadline.
Cancellations and Refunds:
• The $25 deposit required to book a portrait is non-refundable, even if a portrait is cancelled.
• Cancellations are not possible after the painting process has started, only during the preparation stages (discussion of the portrait and turnaround time, mockups, and sketches).
• If I must cancel the portrait at any point in the process (for example, if I am experiencing a personal emergency), you will be fully refunded.
Revisions:
• All revisions are accepted during the mockup and sketch phases of the painting.
• After I begin the painting process, small revisions are accepted. However, any major changes may not be possible or could extend the turnaround time of the painting.
Client Responsiveness:
• If the client is unresponsive to any messages that require a response after 4 weeks, I may cancel the portrait without a refund.
Copyright:
• I retain full copyright on all artwork, including the right to use videos or photos of the artwork for promotional purposes, as well as reproduce artworks in prints and other products. If you do not prefer for your commissioned artwork to be shared online or reproduced, notice must be given before I begin the artwork.
• You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
Privacy Policy:
At lindsey’s artistry, we respect your privacy. We do not knowingly collect, store, or track any personal information from our visitors, unless you voluntarily fill out the embedded Google Form. The only data we collect is the information you directly type into that form, such as your name, email address, or any comments you choose to share. The information you submit via the Google Form is only used to efficiently fulfill your order/requests. Since our form is hosted by Google, the information you submit is subject to Google's own privacy practices. We do not sell, rent, or share your submitted information with any other third parties.
